Please allow 24 - 48 hours from the time you have submitted your service request for a Repair Authorization Number (RA) and invoice to be created for your repair. We will contact you via email with this information.
Any shipment WITHOUT an RA will be refused!
If you are shipping an item in for WARRANTY repair please email a copy of your original proof of purchase to:
