We receive amplifiers everyday from artists, dealers and consumers
nationwide. We understand that the local repair shop may be convenient,
but not always the best choice for your service needs. Although
we work with and support plenty of repair shops, and there are plenty
of good ones out there, there is a feeling of confidence knowing
that your product will be serviced by factory authorized, top-notch
technicians that are seasoned in your exact make and model.
We want you to feel confident that you will receive the
absolute best service along with assurance of safety and care of
your product. This is our promise to you.

Return Procedures
Before shipping your repair, please obtain a Return Authorization
Number first by contacting us via telephone
or email.
When shipping your product, please keep in mind the following points that
will make the process safer and easier for both of us:
• Wrap product with plastic or bubble wrap. This helps protect
from loose packaging or potential moisture during transit.
• Use sturdy, double corrugated boxes for heavy items.
• Ensure there is at least 4-6 inches of packing on all sides.
• Use original packaging whenever possible if it's not worn
out.
• Write your return authorization number on the outside of
the carton. Keep a copy of this number for your records. This is
how your product is tracked when we receive it.
• Include our RMA form (below) or a detailed list of all problems with your product
along with contact information and return shipping address.
• If the product is to be repaired under warranty, this must
be in writing along with a copy of the original sales receipt or
invoice.
• Do not send extra items such as manuals, power cables and
footswitches unless specifically instructed to do so.
• Insure your product for its replacement value.
• Print and complete RMA Form. Click and Print British Audio Service RMA Form

Turn-around Time
On average, our turn-around time is approximately 7-10 business
days upon receipt of product. However, these times can change during
extreme busy or slow conditions and you may inquire at the time
of return to find the exact status of turn-around times. You may
also contact us during the process of repair and we will keep you
updated on the progress upon your request. We will never leave you
guessing as to when your product will be serviced or what the cost
of repair will be. We are upfront, honest and understanding of your
needs and expectations. We treat every product and customer with
the utmost respect and care. We appreciate your business!
Repair Rates
The question often arises of how much a certain repair will cost.
Sometimes we can estimate, but it's impossible to be accurate without
actually seeing the product. However, most repairs are completed
within 1 - 2 hours and most parts are less than 30% of the total
repair bill. Here is a list of our shop rates:
Analog Products - $85.00 per hour
Most guitar, bass and keyboard amps. We prodide a full evaluation of your product along with a detailed repair estimate.
Analog estimate fee only $40.00
Digital Products & Extra Large Equipment - $95.00 per hour
Most digital products, high-end power amps, large mixing consoles and keyboards.
Digital product estimate fee only $45.00
Rush Fee - $25.00
Guaranteed estimate or repair with 24 hours of receipt.
Fix While You Wait - $50.00
Need it now? Bring it in and we'll get it on the bench and fix it while you wait.
We are able to offer this service because we have thousands of parts in stock.
• Estimates fees are applied to the total cost of the repair.
Please note: Estimates are given as accurately as possible.
However, the final repair bill may be slightly different than the
estimated cost due to additional parts and labor that may be required
to complete the repair. The estimate is guaranteed to be within
10% of the estimated cost, otherwise you will be notified for further
approval.
